Shipping policy
Delivery All Over Pakistan
Delivery of product varies from 5-10 days. All our pieces are unique in size, shape, and weight. Customised packaging has to be made for each piece.
- Pick-up is available in Islamabad at our studio; no delivery option within Islamabad.
- Deliveries outside Islamabad to other cities will be delivered within 10 days. (Customers will be billed the delivery amount and will have to pay the amount to Laluna Concepts via Direct Bank Transfer in advance).
- In case of claims or breakages, for all delivery orders, it is mandatory for the customers to please make a video at the time of opening/unboxing the product to avoid any confusion regarding any damage/breakdown.
- COD is not available on any item.
Shipping charges are according to weight:
- For products weighing up to 1 kg, the shipping fees is Rs. 1000 - this is the minimum shipping rate.
- For products weighing up to 2 kg, the shipping fees is Rs. 2000.
- For products weighing up to 3 kg, the shipping fees is Rs. 2500.
- For products weighing up to 4 kg, the shipping fees is Rs. 3500.
- For products weighing up to 5 kg, the shipping fees is Rs. 4500.
- For products weighing up to 10 kg, the shipping fees is Rs. 5500.
- For products weighing up to 15 kg, the shipping fees is Rs. 6500.
- For products weighing 15 kg and above, the shipping fees is Rs. 9000.
All sales are final. No returns and No exchanges.
